This position is primarily remote, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere while remaining engaged with clients and team members through secure telehealth platforms. You will interact with a diverse group of dedicated professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, creating a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, emotional needs, and treatment goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client feedback.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care to aid clients in individual, family, and group therapy settings.
• Continuously monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring clients receive timely assistance during difficult moments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the overall care and treatment of clients.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatments and practices through ongoing education.
• Participate in supervision and professional development sessions aimed at refining clinical skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to the ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by licensing boards and industry organizations.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure in Illinois as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling or therapy, who can bring insights and practical skills to our team. Experience in a community health clinic setting or familiarity with telehealth practices is highly valued.
