Key Responsibilities

• Provide engaging virtual therapy sessions for both individuals and groups, utilizing platforms designed for confidentiality and effective communication.
• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and periodically review personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique challenges and goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in our secure electronic health record system.
• Actively participate in regular team meetings to discuss case reviews, share insights, and enhance overall care strategies within the hospice center framework.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as necessary, adapting techniques and interventions to suit immediate needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending training sessions and workshops focused on contemporary therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population you will serve includes those addressing a wide range of mental health issues, particularly individuals and families coping with terminal illness and end-of-life concerns. Your expertise will help support them through emotionally challenging times, facilitating coping strategies and emotional resilience during life transitions.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LICSW license in Massachusetts is mandatory for this role.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is essential, showcasing your ability to manage complex cases effectively.
• Demonstrable skills in assessing client needs and crafting individualized treatment strategies that respect each person’s cultural background and values.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
