Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to determine the needs of individual clients.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that foster community support and share strategies for coping with common mental health challenges.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to deliver integrated care that addresses both psychological and medical concerns for patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health issues.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available local resources, empowering them to take active roles in their recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions aimed at continuous improvement in therapeutic approaches and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.
• Current licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations and formulating effective treatment strategies tailored to individual client needs.
• Knowledge of a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy across a spectrum of mental health issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries.
• Strong ethical judgment, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations and standards.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a variety of computer applications related to patient care.
• A collaborative mindset, contributing positively as part of a team-oriented practice.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work in outpatient mental health settings, particularly in telehealth modalities.
• Experience in managing diverse client populations with varying degrees of mental health issues.
• Background in crisis intervention strategies and support for immediate mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
