Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily remote counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing secure video conferencing technology.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health issues, and develop tailored treatment plans with specific and measurable goals.
• Utilize evidence-based counseling techniques to effectively address a variety of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, prioritizing the safety and well-being of clients during emergencies.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans that comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Educate clients regarding mental health conditions and effective coping mechanisms, empowering them to navigate their challenges.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to create a holistic support network for clients.
• Remain abreast of developments in mental health practices and engage in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling.
• Proficiency in providing counseling services via telehealth platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
