- Act as a trusted HR partner, supporting leaders and employees while managing key external partners.
- Talent Acquisition and onboarding, running a scalable hiring process and driving recruitment to grow imec US.

Who you are
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with a proven experience in HR Business partnering, organisational design and talent development.
- Provide strategic & operational balance through an ability to think strategically about organizational growth while maintaining focus on operational execution and compliance.
- Demonstrate autonomy & initiative through high degree of self-management, and the ability to operate effectively without direct local HR supervision.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to act as a cultural bridge between Leuven headquarters and US employees working remotely and located across physical sites.
- You hold a SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification, reflecting your expertise and commitment to professional HR standards.
- You are based in the Orlando metro area and are regularly able to work from the Neocity site in Kissimmee.
