Sunny Health and Fitness is a leading supplier of high-quality health and fitness products. We are looking for a highly motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing and creative team. We are looking for someone who is skilled in design, has an innovative mind to deliver aesthetic ideal across Sunny products, and can transform complex products/concepts into materials that visually tell stories.
In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing/Creative team to elevate our brand's identity, not only by creating stunning visuals across digital, social, and print, but can also work with the team to develop an effective marketing strategy that works in conjunction with all sub-brands.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design for eCommerce product listings, especially Amazon A+ content, and image galleries
  • Create digital marketing assets including online banners, paid ads, presentation decks, and email campaigns
  • Develop print materials such as catalogs, packaging, and trade show displays
  • Photograph products, models, and lifestyle scenes in studio using flash lighting setups
  • Set up and manage professional studio equipment including strobe lights, modifiers, cameras, and backdrops
  • Shoot tethered with Capture One for real-time image review and quality control
  • Retouch and composite product and lifestyle images using Photoshop and Capture One
  • Maintain clean and organized working files and studio gear
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to support campaigns and product launches
  • Follow and uphold brand guidelines across all creative work

Requirement
  • 3 or more years of professional experience in both graphic design and studio photography
  • Expertise in flash photography and experience lighting products and people with strobes
  • Proficiency in Capture One and tethered shooting workflows
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Skilled in photographing a wide range of subjects, including large-scale products, tabletop setups, portraits, and lifestyle scenes
  • Advanced retouching and image compositing skills with a strong eye for polish and consistency
  • Solid understanding of studio gear, DSLR cameras, lighting modifiers, and technical setup
  • Strong design fundamentals including layout, typography, hierarchy, and color
  • Comfortable working on a Mac system
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable under deadlines
