Job description

Summary of responsibilities:

Responsible for the direct oversight of activity associated with the collection, processing
and evaluation of information related to the Image Review/Violations functions
for New York E-ZPass project.


Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the Image Review/Violations area and monitor daily work flow


Work closely with the client and act as a liaison between the various departments associated with Image Review


Accountable for daily production reports, and exhibit the ability to generate reports


Supervising personnel ensuring that they are properly trained in their duties and responsibilities.


Monitor weekly hours, overtime, vacation, sick pay and incentives and prepare payroll for submission.


Coordinate employee vacations to ensure staffing levels are maintained and fill in if necessary.


Oversee daily overtime and justifications.


Monitor attendance.


Ensures that all documentation, training forms are completed and placed in employee files.


Communicate daily with client and Project Manager.


Audit images processed by Image Review Reports.


Prepare employee performance appraisals.


Enforce company procedures and policies.


Monitor new employee performance.


Assist with special projects assigned by Project Manager.



Additional requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalency


Ability to successfully operate in a high paced production environment


Ability to provide leadership, motivation, training, and coaching to staff members


Excellent attendance and a high degree of confidentiality and reliability


Possess excellent organizational skills and is proactive in achieving department goals


Must be computer literate


Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and record keeping


Ability to evaluate staff and perform annual appraisals


Ability to report production results to senior management


Strong oral and written communication skills


Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
