About the Role:
The Client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Advanced Quality Assurance Analyst to support infrastructure remediation for systems impacted by a large-scale financial modernization initiative. This project involves transitioning from legacy systems to a modern, standardized accounting and cash management platform.
The Analyst will play a key role in ensuring quality and accuracy in enterprise applications, interfaces, and reporting programs that will integrate with the Client's upgraded financial infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies including functional, regression, data validation, system integration, load, and performance testing.
  • Design, develop, and maintain formal test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing; clearly document findings and facilitate resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Track, analyze, and report on test results, defects, and quality metrics.
  • Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
  • Apply testing tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver) and DevOps methodologies for efficient testing and deployment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for software quality.
  • Provide training and mentorship to technical teams; advocate for QA standards across teams.
  • Contribute to remediation of outdated interface technologies and assist in modernization activities.

Required Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • OR an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Experience:
  • 3-5 years in software quality assurance or a related field
  • 3-5 years of automated testing experience with tools such as Selenium WebDriver
  • At least 3 years of experience designing and managing test processes across varied system environments
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity
  • 2-3 years working with Enterprise Architecture principles

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience supporting large-scale legacy-to-modern system transitions
  • Experience working in DevOps environments
  • Familiarity with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) testing and tools such as Informatica
  • Knowledge of Informatica IICS Cloud Data Integration and Snowflake
