Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious PG Litter Driver Supervisor to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating work vehicles, supporting crew coordination, and ensuring that litter removal tasks are executed efficiently across assigned routes in Prince George's County.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections of assigned work trucks and complete vehicle inspection reports.

  • Fuel the truck on designated days to maintain operational readiness.

  • Drive responsibly and within posted speed limits at all times.

  • Clock in crew members upon arrival and ensure COVID-19 forms are completed.

  • Track crew attendance and manage PTO requests.

  • Perform minor truck maintenance (e.g., tire changes) as needed.

  • Supervise the collection and documentation of litter and debris removal.

  • Photograph and log bulk trash items and their locations.

  • Stage filled trash bags appropriately when the truck is full.

  • Submit completed forms and records at the end of each shift.

  • Maintain a performance point sheet for tracking crew behavior.

  • Lead crew in cleaning and preparing vehicles for the next workday.
