Location: Odessa / Midland, TX Area

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable, punctual, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Ignition Interlock Installer. This is a full-time position with great opportunities to grow within the company.

No prior interlock experience is required—if you are eager to learn, trainable, and have some hands-on background in automotive electrical work, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally install ignition interlock devices in a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, explaining how the equipment works clearly and patiently.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, assist customers with scheduling, and handle basic front-desk or shop duties.
