Job description

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Technician to service Ignition Interlock devices. It is helpful, but not required, to have a background in automotive electrical systems; such as automotive alarm and remote start systems. We work to maintain the best possible environment for our employees where people can learn and grow with the company. We strive to provide a collaborative, creative environment where each person feels encouraged to contribute to our processes, decisions, planning and culture. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Service Ignition Interlock devices installed in cars, trucks and commercial vehicles. 

  •  Use of PLUS system to interface with devices for data retrieval, payment/scheduling and reporting. 

  •  Working with clients to troubleshoot issues, and educate clients on proper use of the device. 

  •  Provide prompt, courteous and professional customer service to clients. 

  •  May assist in marketing IIDs by giving presentations on the devices. 

  •  May assist with administrative functions such as account balance audits, missed appointment calls& other administrative duties as necessary. 


Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge and experience with general computer functions is required, including data entry and 10-key.?

  • Experience in Automotive Electrical Systems preferred, but not required.?

  • Experience with Car Alarms or Remote Start Systems a Plus.?

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED?
