  • Interface with switchboards, EPUs, switchgear, UPS systems, and other skid-mounted electrical equipment to ensure proper operation and integration.
  • Verify communication protocols and point mapping between field devices and SCADA/EPMS systems.
  • Validate alarms, trends, control sequences, and overall operational functionality of electrical and control systems.
  • Coordinate closely with commissioning teams, electricians, controls technicians, and project leadership throughout commissioning and startup activities.
  • Support and lead commissioning and startup of modular data center electrical infrastructure, ensuring systems meet design and performance requirements.
  • Ensure commissioning documentation, test records, and turnover packages are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings to support configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex controls, EPMS, and SCADA issues in fast-paced, critical facility environments.
  • Mentor and support junior commissioning personnel to build technical capability within the team.
  • Manage multiple tasks and workstreams simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accountability, technical rigor, and attention to detail.
  • Adhere to and promote safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards throughout all project phases.
Essential Skills

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in all aspects of project work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
  • High level of accountability, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
  • Interest in working with leading EPMS, automation, and power monitoring technologies.
  • Motivation to contribute to complex, high-impact projects within mission-critical environments.
Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing facility where modular skids are assembled and prepared for shipment to mission-critical sites. The position supports a defined project duration and involves working standard 8-hour days, five days per week, with potential for overtime depending on project demands. Work is hands-on around electrical equipment, skid-mounted systems, and control panels, requiring consistent attention to safety and quality.
