Help translate customer requirements into Ignite Digital capability alignment

Proposal & Solicitation Support
Support proposal development activities, including compliance matrices, templates, content outlines, past performance artifacts, resumes, graphics (e.g., visuals, charts, graphs, diagrams, etc.) and management/technical volume inputs.
Assist with formatting, editing, proofreading, and quality control to ensure proposal submissions are compliant, accurate, and professional.
Coordinate with Capture, Proposal, Contracts, Pricing, Delivery, and technical SMEs to gather inputs and manage deadlines.
Support color team reviews, recovery actions, and final production activities as needed.

Executive Artifacts & Administrative Support
Build clear, polished PowerPoint, Word, and Excel artifacts for customer meetings, partner discussions, gate reviews, pipeline reviews, and executive briefings.
Use AI productivity tools responsibly to accelerate research, summarize materials, develop outlines, draft content, and improve workflow efficiency.
Manage meeting notes, follow-ups, action items, and recurring BD/capture administrative rhythms.

Required Qualifications:
