Your Role:

As a mid-level Conveyance Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing water delivery solutions for our clients. You'll work alongside senior technical leaders and project managers to advance detailed design and delivery across a range of public sector projects. In this role you will:

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, support client communications, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standards.

  • Support Project Managers in delivering large-scale water and wastewater conveyance projects from planning through construction.

  • Execute the client's objectives by preparing construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports.

  • Actively participate in project meetings and facilitate completion of action items to ensure timely progress.

  • Lead the preparation of design calculations, system modeling, and hydraulic analyses for pipelines, pump stations, force mains, and collection systems.

  • Team with senior engineers to identify and evaluate innovative technical solutions.

  • Assist in preparing materials for client presentations, progress updates, and decision-making sessions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required (California PE preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater conveyance systems.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with hydraulic modeling software a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving and task execution.

CA Salary: $95,000- $130,000 dependent on experience
