We are an independent, predominantly employee-owned company, adhering to the fiduciary standard to put our clients' interests first. We focus our efforts on helping clients meet their investment objectives without the distractions and limitations that can arise within much larger organizations.

The Roleย 

At IEQ Capital,ย we'reย always looking to strengthen the organization by adding exceptional people to our team. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support the firm's hiring efforts by sourcing,ย identifying, and managing candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.ย 

This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of recruiting experience who has experience sourcing candidates and running full-cycle recruiting processes. The right candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable partnering with hiring managers across the firm to build strong candidate pipelines. Experience recruiting within financial services or wealth management is a strong plus.ย 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:ย 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profilesย 
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening through offer stageย 
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, universities, and external partnersย 
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and interviewsย 
  • Build andย maintainย candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsย 
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a strong candidate experienceย 
  • Maintainย accurateย recruiting records and documentation in the ATSย 
  • Track and compile recruiting data to support hiring decisions and process improvementsย 
  • Support recruiting events, internship programs, and university partnerships
Qualificationsย 
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related roleย 
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and proactively sourcing candidatesย 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneouslyย 
  • Experience using Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)ย 
  • Proficiencyย sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks,ย referralsย and university connectionsย 
  • Strong communicationย and relationship-building skills when working with candidates and hiring managersย 
  • Experience recruiting within financial services, asset management, or wealth management is a strong plusย 
Compensation

The total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $95,000 - $115,000, depending on skills and experience.
