Job Summary

As a Verifications Specialist at InformData, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of the information provided by candidates on employment and leasing applications. You will validate candidate details by contacting academic institutions, professional references, military organizations, and employers. Your work directly contributes to the integrity of the data we provide to our clients, helping to build trust and uphold a high standard of professionalism. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to academic institutions and employers, academic institutions, military institutions and professional references to verify candidate information 
  • Maintain professionalism on calls and in all internal and external communications 
  • Maintain and improve quality of results by adhering to standards and guidelines 
  • Handle escalated cases with academic institutions and employers to verify candidate information.

Qualifications

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
