In this pivotal role, you will act as a primary advocate and manager for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that the services provided align with the standards set by the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) and that every individual receives high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management & Advocacy: Oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of Individual Support Plans (ISPs). Ensure these plans accurately reflect the individual's needs, preferences, and long-term goals.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation in accordance with Pennsylvania ODP regulations and agency policies. Prepare for and participate in licensing audits and internal quality reviews.
