Director of Residential Operations
Lead Operations. Partner in Compliance. Elevate Residential Services.
Life's New Beginning is seeking a Director of Residential Operations to serve as a core member of our residential leadership team. This role works in close partnership with our Director of Residential Compliance, creating a balanced leadership model that ensures both operational excellence and regulatory integrity across all residential programs.
Why This Role Is Different
This is not a standalone director position. You will:
  • Focus on day-to-day operations, oversee staffing, and program execution
  • Partner with a dedicated compliance leader who oversees regulatory and clinical alignment
  • Be supported by executive leadership in a collaborative, team-based structure

This model allows you to lead effectively without carrying the full weight of both operations and compliance alone.

Your Role in the Leadership Team

  • Oversee daily functioning of all residential homes
  • Ensure the oversight of consistent staffing, scheduling, and shift accountability

Staff Leadership
  • Directly supervise Area Supervisors
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and workforce stability
  • Drive performance, accountability, and team culture

Service Delivery
  • Ensure person-centered care is implemented consistently
  • Support staff in delivering meaningful engagement and quality of life

In Partnership with Compliance Leadership
You will work alongside the Director of Residential Compliance, who focuses on:
  • ODP regulations and audit readiness
  • ISP integrity and documentation standards
  • Clinical and behavioral oversight

Together, you will ensure programs are both high-quality and fully compliant.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary contact for families and stakeholders
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage as needed
  • Travel regularly between residential sites
  • Perform other duties as assigned
