Job Opportunity โ€“ Registered Nurse, Neuro ICU โ€“ Tulsa, OK 74104

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (18:45 - 06:45). Every other weekend required. Block scheduling available. 13-week assignment with 48-hour orientation.

Highlights:
  • Certified Stroke Center and Neuro ICU with 2:1 patient ratios
  • Specialized care including EVD management, ventilator management, and stroke management
  • Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and phlebotomy
  • First-time travelers welcome with 2 years of experience preferred
  • Block scheduling options available with approximately 50% weekend coverage
  • Two pre-approved time-off periods available during assignment
Requirements:
  • Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required in hand at submission
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; 2 years preferred
  • Experience with 2:1 patient ratios required
  • Epic charting system experience preferred
  • Trauma Level II experience preferred
  • Willingness to float to other adult ICUs as needed
  • Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are not eligible
