We are seeking a skilled iCIMS Test Consultant to join our team. The iCIMS Test Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite implementations and upgrades through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of iCIMS functionality, experience with software testing methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite implementations and upgrades.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests to validate system functionality and performance.
• Identify and report defects and issues, and work closely with developers and project teams to resolve them.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Provide guidance and support to clients and end-users during testing phases.
• Document test results, including defects, issues, and resolutions.
• Stay up-to-date on iCIMS updates, releases, and best practices related to testing and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite functionality and configuration.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
