SUMMARYPerforms and supervises ice rink operations. Coordinate ice rink and Zamboni maintenance. This is a working supervisory position.

Seasonal position (roughly September through May).Tasks and Responsibilities:Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.- Leads ice rink builds- Drives and maintains Zambonis- Oversees ice rink operations- Assigns ice crew tasks to perform- Works alongside Operations Manager and Conversion Supervisor to schedule ice crew and delegate tasks- Record and monitor ice rink data to ensure ice quality- Present and working all hockey games and rentals, coordinating with league officials as necessary- Evaluates work sheets and provides feedback in order to increase efficiency among crews.- Tracks inventory of ice paint, Zamboni parts, blades, and other rink consumablesSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESIce Crew
