SUMMARY
Performs and supervises ice rink operations. Coordinate ice rink and Zamboni maintenance. This is a working supervisory position. Seasonal position (roughly September through May).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Leads ice rink builds
• Drives and maintains Zambonis
• Oversees ice rink operations
• Assigns ice crew tasks to perform
• Works alongside Operations Manager and Conversion Supervisor to schedule ice crew and delegate tasks
• Record and monitor ice rink data to ensure ice quality
• Present and working all hockey games and rentals, coordinating with league officials as necessary
• Evaluates work sheets and provides feedback in order to increase efficiency among crews.
• Tracks inventory of ice paint, Zamboni parts, blades, and other rink consumables

-4 Years experience operating ice resurfacing equipment.
-Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
-Able to stand for long periods of time.
