Job Title: Ice Cream Manufacturing Machine Operator


Job Summary:
Responsible for operating, monitoring, and cleaning machinery used in the production and packaging of ice cream and frozen desserts. Ensures products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality and food-safety standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate ice cream production, freezing, mixing, filling, and packaging equipment.
  • Set up machines and adjust operating controls according to production requirements.
  • Monitor temperature, pressure, speed, and product consistency during production.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, weight, appearance, and proper packaging.
  • Load ingredients and packaging materials into equipment as required.
  • Perform routine machine cleaning, sanitation, and basic preventive maintenance.
  • Identify equipment problems and report malfunctions to supervisors or maintenance staff.
  • Follow company procedures for food safety, sanitation, GMPs, and workplace safety.
  • Complete production records, quality checks, and equipment logs accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area.
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
  • Work effectively with other production, quality-control, and maintenance employees.


Qualifications
