What is an ice breaker?

Ice breakers are activities, games, or questions designed to help people get to know each other and feel more comfortable in group settings. They are often used at the beginning of meetings, workshops, or team-building events to encourage interaction and ease initial awkwardness. Ice breakers can range from simple introductions to fun group exercises, and they help foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
