Job description


About the Position
Miller Insurance Group is looking for a motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This position is focused on providing excellent service to our existing clients. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, understands insurance, communicates well, and takes ownership of getting things done.
If you enjoy working with clients, solving problems, and helping people better understand and protect what matters to them, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Assist clients with policy questions, coverage, billing, and service needs
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and other requests
  • Review accounts for accuracy, coverage gaps, and additional coverage needs
  • Assist with renewals and policy reviews
  • Communicate with insurance carriers regarding underwriting and policy questions
  • Assist clients with the claims process when needed
  • Prepare certificates, evidence of insurance, and policy documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding requests
  • Help clients understand their insurance options and make informed coverage decisions
Compensation & Benefits
  • $40,000-$60,000 annual salary, depending on experience
  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

What We're Looking For
An active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
