Job Description

Preferred

At least 7 years of experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.2 and Content Navigator.
Excellent hands-on experience on IBM Case Manager Installations and Administration skills.
Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
Determines requirements, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances project requirements.
Excellent software demonstration skills with critical-thinking and analytical skills.
Experience on IBM Case Manager, IBM Datacap and IBM Content Navigator is a plus.
Experience with other enterprise content management applications like SharePoint, Documentum, Opentext, IBM Filenet.
Has experience in Tool evaluation and recommendation in ECM space.
Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate at all levels to achieve win-win situations.
Should have experience in working with Global teams.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 7 years of experience within Information Technology.
