Job description

We have a great opportunity for an Identity and Access Management Analyst to join our growing team. On a daily basis, this role will be responsible for the provisioning of all onboarding/off boarding requests and implementation of new user requests utilizing Active Directory and other product lines. This position will also coordinate with customers, vendors and internal departments to manage requests and projects accordingly.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Required:
  • 1 - 2 years of experience with Active Directory or LDAP profile configuration
  • 1 year of experience working with security software and tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills, applied with a solution-focused attitude
  • Accurate data entry skills with the ability to adhere to and follow standard processes
  • Basic understanding of IAM concepts such as least privilege, Role based access control, and access governance
  • Basic understanding of joiner, mover, leaver processes.

Preferred:
  • Preferred Experience with with one or more technologies such as IBM Security Identity and Access Manager, IBM Security Identity Governance (IGI), Sailpoint , Oracle or similar IAM, SDI, SDS, 2FA/MFA Technologies, etc.
  • Four-year degree in a relevant field preferred or an equivalent amount of post-secondary education and experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of database access and structure
  • Knowledge of residential/commercial mortgage lending, marketing, funding, closing systems and procedures.
  • Experience working with current and emerging information security technologies and development methodologies

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Oversee identity and access management solutions and processes
  • Primary responsibility is the creating, editing and disabling of user accounts
  • Ensuring required approvals are obtained before granting user access to requested resources
  • Participate in defining and implementing overall access and authorizations, security strategy, policies, and procedures
  • Develop policies and procedures for provisioning new user accounts and resolving permission-related issues
  • Perform regular account audits and provide permission reporting in response to audit requests
  • Work with department leaders to understand business requirements, information technology standards, information security policies, and other considerations that influence how identity and access solutions and services should perform and operate using a risk-based approach
  • Ensure identity and access services perform according to defined processes and comply with applicable information security requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
