• Install, configure, and maintain IBM MQ environments across Unix/Linux/Windows platforms
• Troubleshoot MQ-related issues such as message backlogs, channel failures, connectivity issues, and application errors [jobzmall.com]
• Support Production messaging environments and perform root cause analysis for root cause failures.
• Troubleshoot Kafka cluster health checks and performance monitoring.
• Support kafka configuration changes and topic management.
• Provide operational support for TIBCO messaging components.
