Your role and responsibilities As a Business Development Leader for Consulting Services, you will promote a growth mindset and drive the origination and progression of transformational value propositions with strategic clients. You will engage in C-suite-level conversations, operating collaboratively within IBM Consulting, other IBM units, and with key alliance partners to shape differentiated and innovative value propositions. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Drive Transformational Value Propositions: Develop and progress innovative solutions that span the breadth of our capabilities, resulting in significant business impact for our clients.

• Engage in C-Suite Conversations: Foster strong relationships with senior executives, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to deliver high-value solutions. • Collaborate Across Units: Work closely with IBM Consulting, other IBM units, and key alliance partners to shape and deliver differentiated value propositions. • Shape Client Solutions: Design and develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our strategic clients, leveraging our full range of capabilities.

• Progress Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving growth and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
