IAM Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead with a strong Cyber Security Practice (CSP) background to lead large-scale IAM programs and managed services engagements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving IAM strategy, governance, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery while leading distributed offshore and onshore teams. This role requires strong customer-facing skills and the ability to engage with business, security, and technology stakeholders at leadership levels.
Roles & Responsibilities
12+ years of overall IT experience.
8+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management.
Proven experience managing global teams across offshore and onshore locations.
Experience in BFSI domain preferred.
Prior experience within a Cyber Security Practice (CSP) organization is highly desirable.
Lead IAM programs, operations, and transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.
Own delivery, governance, risk management, and service excellence for IAM engagements.
Define IAM roadmaps and align IAM capabilities with customer security and compliance objectives.
Knowledge of .net and SQL will be added advantage
Good understanding on IAM products
Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
