Job Title: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Security Engineer

Location: PHX preferred but open to Atlanta and NYC

Experience: Mid to Senior Level

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Security Engineer to support enterprise security initiatives focused on authentication, authorization, access governance, and cloud identity management. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Okta, Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), Federation, cloud platforms, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across enterprise applications and cloud environments.

Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Federation solutions using Okta.

Administer and maintain Active Directory and cloud identity services.

Implement and enforce Least Privilege Access and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) principles.

Configure and support authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

Manage Okta Federation integrations with internal and third-party applications.

Support AWS and GCP identity and access management services.

Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.

Implement and support password vaulting and privileged access management solutions.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure access controls.

Conduct access reviews, entitlement management, and user lifecycle management activities.

Apply Information Security principles and best practices to strengthen enterprise security posture.

Participate in security assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives.
