Role Summary

The role supports the IT Procurement group by managing key purchasing and contract administration tasks. Responsibilities include processing requisitions, maintaining contract records, coordinating vendor communications, and assisting IT procurement initiatives. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to support cross-functional stakeholders and ensure timely execution of procurement activities.

Core Responsibilities

Procurement Support

  • Review requisitions in Novatus to confirm accuracy and completeness
  • Send purchase orders and supporting documentation to vendors
  • Communicate status updates between vendors and internal requesters
  • Coordinate contract execution and signature workflows internally and externally

Contract Administration

  • Maintain and update contract database in Novatus with accurate metrics
  • Provide contract status updates to the IT procurement team
  • Monitor impending contract expirations and notify for renewals

Additional Support

  • Assist with ad hoc initiatives and projects to support procurement objectives

Technical Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant procurement experience
  • Exposure to contract management preferred
  • Familiarity with Novatus (or similar procurement/CLM systems) beneficial

General Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

Education
