Job description

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong academic credentials, including an undergraduate or graduate degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, or biological engineering
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Past experience with litigation involving pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and/or medical devices preferred
- Prior trial experience a plus
The ideal candidate will have complex litigation experience, with a focus on patent disputes and matters involving life sciences companies.
