Job description

Our client, a top global law firm, is hiring a Trademark Docket Specialist to join its highly regarded Intellectual Property team. This is a great opportunity to support complex U.S. and international trademark work within a collaborative, high-performing environment.


Location: Hybrid (Palo Alto, CA)


Compensation: Up to ~$112K depending on experience + bonus + full benefits


What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and update trademark deadlines and docket records
  • Monitor daily dockets and communicate critical deadlines
  • Process U.S. and international trademark filings and correspondence
  • Generate docket reports and perform quality control reviews
  • Support trademark portfolio management and new matter intake


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of trademark docketing experience (law firm or in-house)
  • Strong knowledge of USPTO procedures and deadlines
  • Experience with docketing systems (CPI strongly preferred)
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and with attorneys/team
