Job description

Job Summary:
IBM Consulting is focused on building long-term client relationships and driving meaningful change through collaboration and innovation. The Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, integration, and delivery of mission-critical systems, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with security requirements.
Responsibilities:
• overseeing the design, development, integration, and delivery of mission-critical systems and solutions
• ensuring technical excellence, alignment with customer requirements, and compliance with all security and program constraints
• operating effectively in a highly secure, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• At least three (3) years of specialized experience in Federal Government enterprise system management
• Experience in complete engineering project development life cycle
• Experience explaining complex problems in the simplest possible terms
• Experience designing and integrating multiple systems, services and applications
• Experience and knowledge of various architecture patterns such as microservices
• Experience with designing and implementing cloud-based solutions
• Experience architecting solutions for Salesforce and ServiceNow
• Experience in developing/supporting complex technical solutions.
• Must have TS/SCI w/FSP Day 1
Preferred:
• Master's Degree
• Advanced degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
• Experience designing and implementing multi-cloud solutions
• Experience with emerging technologies
