Job Duties:
This position reports to the Division Director of the Health Services Division. Duties include providing administrative and technical assistance to an agency executive, oversees the preparation of correspondence, reports and other documents, and advises Division Director of administrative matters. Establishes and maintains liaison with other agency staff, other agencies and organizations, legislative staff and the public. Plans and schedules meetings and conferences, prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements and coordinates work with other agency departments. Supervises the work of others.

You have strong administrative experience or a bachelor's degree in business administration, Criminal Justice, Health Care Administration, or a related field. You are highly organized, detail¿oriented, and bring strong computer skills that support efficient and accurate work in a professional environment.
