Job description

Coconut Creek Hyundai is seeking a professional Mobile Service Technician to deliver convenient, dealership-quality service directly to customers at their home, workplace, or business location. This position focuses on Hyundai recalls, software updates, vehicle diagnostics, and other factory-authorized mobile service campaigns while supporting our growing fleet customer base and delivering an exceptional ownership experience.
Responsibilities
  • Complete Hyundai recall campaigns, software updates, and factory-authorized mobile service repairs in accordance with Hyundai standards.
  • Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify concerns and determine whether repairs can be completed in the field or require dealership service.
  • Support commercial and fleet customers by performing authorized mobile services on multiple vehicles while minimizing downtime.
  • Accurately document diagnostics, recall completion, inspections, and repair orders using dealership systems.
  • Communicate professionally with retail customers, fleet managers, and business contacts regarding vehicle status and recommended next steps.
  • Coordinate with the service department to schedule appointments, prioritize fleet needs, and ensure efficient routing.
  • Maintain the mobile service vehicle, tools, equipment, and parts inventory in a clean and organized manner.
  • Follow all Hyundai warranty procedures, safety standards, and dealership policies.
  • Represent Coconut Creek Hyundai with professionalism while providing an outstanding customer experience at every service visit.

Qualifications
  • Previous automotive technician experience required.
  • Hyundai experience preferred.
  • Hyundai certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule efficiently.
