Job description

You will be the Air-Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) Hypersonic Development IPT lead for the ARRW Development IPT team. Our team is responsible for driving the development, affordability, and rate planning aspects of the ARRW program, shaping strategic direction, and ensuring a smooth transition from development to production.


What You Will Be Doing


As the ARRW Hypersonic Development IPT lead you will be responsible for guiding the program's technical development, coordinating manufacturing readiness, and delivering cost, schedule, and technical objectives.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Lead development activities for DVT and flight test builds, aligning them with program strategy.

  • Coordinate Manufacturing Readiness Assessments and support transition to production.

  • Manage affordability initiatives and future rate planning to meet baseline budgets.

  • Support proposal efforts and author Program Directives while communicating with customers and senior leadership.

  • Present performance metrics in Program and Customer Reviews and travel to key production sites as required.
