Responsibilities:
Operational Order Administration
  • Own and drive the operational lifecycle of in-flight amendments and change-order activity from opportunity creation through installation.
  • Create and manage opportunities associated with operational service modifications and amendment activity.
  • Coordinate order administration activities including MACDs, service amendments, and operational change requests.
  • Support service order creation, recreation, and in-flight order adjustments as required.
  • Ensure operational requests are accurately documented and tracked throughout the order lifecycle.

Order Structure Support
  • Provide guidance on order structure and amendment processing for Hyperscale opportunities.
  • Support MACD administration and associated workflow requirements.
  • Coordinate service order updates resulting from customer-requested operational changes.
  • Assist with resolution of order structure issues impacting fulfillment and delivery.

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as the primary operational coordinator between Sales, Sales Engineering, Order Experts, Order Validation, Service Delivery, Contracting, OSP, and other internal teams.
  • Coordinate amendment processing and associated customer documentation requirements.
  • Facilitate order validation activities and resolution of operational exceptions.
  • Coordinate Service Delivery handoffs and installation readiness activities.
  • Track and monitor CARs, ISOs, and related operational records across multiple systems.
  • Manage low- or no-revenue operational changes that require cross-functional execution.
  • Escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies to appropriate stakeholders.

Process Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity across Salesforce and supporting systems.
  • Monitor amendment and operational change activity to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend opportunities to improve operational execution.
  • Participate in departmental initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Develop strong working relationships across organizational boundaries to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with a business-related focus preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in telecommunications, sales operations, order management, service delivery, project coordination, or related operational functions.
  • Strong understanding of order lifecycle management, MACDs, amendments, and service delivery processes.
  • Experience working within Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
