Job description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Hyperion Developer / Administrator to join our team. This role will support the development, maintenance, and administration of Oracle Hyperion applications with a strong focus on Essbase Analytics and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across the Hyperion suite and a proven track record in supporting planning cycles, financial reporting, and system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, enhance, and support Hyperion applications including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, EPMA, EAS, DRM, and Smart View
  • Configure and maintain Hyperion security, user roles, and access levels
  • Lead and perform Hyperion system administration tasks including upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
  • Build and manage planning forms, business rules, task lists, calculation scripts, and reporting templates
  • Collaborate with finance, planning, and analytics teams to gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Work in an gile development environment, participating in sprints and daily stand-ups
  • Perform data integration and management using SQL, PL/SQL, and SSIS
  • Provide documentation, training, and technical support to end users

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong experience with Hyperion Essbase Analytics and Hyperion Planning
  • Proficient in Hyperion components: EPMA, EAS, DRM, Smart View, Financial Reports
  • Solid understanding of Hyperion security configuration
  • Hands-on experience in Hyperion system upgrades and administration
  • Skilled in SQL / PL-SQL and SSIS for data handling and system integration
  • Familiarity with gile way of working
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAS Analytics, Office Analytics, Enterprise Guide, or CPM solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience in system design and architecture is a plus
