Job Summary:
Damco Solutions is seeking a technical support engineer for Oracle Hyperion products. The role involves providing support for Enterprise Performance Management, resolving customer support requests, and collaborating with business user groups to ensure service level agreements are met.
Responsibilities:
• Works closely and collaborates with Oracle global support to resolve Customer's SRs.
• Works with various functions within Business user groups to ensure RCA is complete and incidents SLAs are met
• Triage and resolve user support issues.
• Monitoring performance, logs, backups, events, applications, scripts & jobs.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 10+ years of Application development and Support experience in Hyperion EPM version 11 or above within a Fortune 500 company is required
• The candidate should have a solid experience in the area of Enterprise Performance Management, Budgeting, Planning, Essbase, DRM/EDMCS and FDMEE
• The technologies being used in the current engagement are Oracle Hyperion EPM (EPBCS), Hyperion Planning, Essbase (BSO/ASO), FDMEE/ODI, Essbase Studio, SmartView, IBM Cognos Command Center is a must
• Works closely and collaborates with Oracle global support to resolve Customer's SRs
• Works with various functions within Business user groups to ensure RCA is complete and incidents SLAs are met
• Triage and resolve user support issues
• Monitoring performance, logs, backups, events, applications, scripts & jobs
• Extensive hands-on experience in the following modules of Oracle Hyperion: EPBCS, Essbase, EDMCS, FDMEE, Data Management/Data exchange, Smartview, IBM Cognos Command center, PL /SQL
