Gymnastics Boys or Girls Team Coach


Employment Type: Part-TimeSchedule Requirements

Job Summary

The Gymnastics Team Coach is responsible for coaching gymnasts from instructional levels through team-level competition. This role includes athlete development, skill progression, and limited administrative responsibilities. Candidates must have prior experience coaching competitive gymnastics and a passion for athlete safety, growth, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach instructional through team-level gymnasts

  • Develop and implement safe, effective training plans

  • Spot athletes and assist with skill progression

  • Maintain a positive, disciplined, and supportive training environment

  • Perform limited administrative duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
  • Maintain a high level of physical activity for extended periods

  • Ability to demonstrate skills and actively coach on the floor

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Qualifications
  • Previous experience coaching competitive gymnastics (required)

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
