We highly value teamwork, so you will collaborate closely with the dentist(s) in your office to ensure optimal treatment for your patients. Responsibilities
  • Deliver oral hygiene services, including thorough and gentle prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing restorations, and applying cavity prevention agents such as fluorides and sealants.
  • Accurately document and review patient dental histories, update periodontal health records, and securely manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist the dentist as directed.
  • Administer local anesthetics, if permitted by the dental practice act.
