DESCRIPTION
Join a fast-paced industrial services team performing hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations at manufacturing plants, mills, refineries, power plants, and industrial facilities. This position is responsible for leading and overseeing industrial cleaning operations at customer job sites while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, productivity, and customer service. This position provides leadership to field personnel, coordinates daily job site activities, and serves as the primary liaison between field crews, management, and customers.
The Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining safe operations, managing manpower and equipment, ensuring project success, and promoting a strong team-oriented safety culture.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise industrial cleaning crews during hydroblasting, vacuum truck, tank cleaning, dewatering, and related industrial service operations
  • Manage the successful completion of assigned projects while meeting safety, quality, and scheduling expectations
  • Coordinate daily job site operations, manpower, equipment, and workflow
  • Promote and enforce all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and customer site requirements
  • Conduct and complete job site hazard assessments (JSA)
  • Train, coach, and mentor employees on safe work practices, equipment operation, and job site expectations
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers, contractors, and team members
  • Identify and resolve operational, safety, personnel, and equipment concerns in a timely manner
  • Complete required documentation, reports, inspections, and project communications
  • Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively at all customer sites
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid DL with acceptable driving record (CDL preferred)
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company and customer site requirements
  • Ability to pass pre-employment, random, and annual drug screenings
  • Able to carry industrial hoses (up to 60 lbs.) up and down multiple flights of stairs
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and elevated work areas while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Able to work around loud industrial equipment and machinery
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments as needed
  • Thorough knowledge of industrial cleaning services, including hydroblasting, vacuum truck operations, tank cleaning, and related industrial services
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
