Job description

  • Plan and coordinate the execution of the works according to the project schedule and objectives.
  • Manage resources: personnel, machinery, equipment and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate the different disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation).
  • Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, quality standards, deadlines, costs and safety (QHSE).
  • Maintain constant communication with the Project Director, the client and local authorities.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, permits and technical documentation.
  • Monitor progress, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and organize the construction team.
  • Supervise quality controls, testing, commissioning and project close-out.
  • Deliver final documentation: as-built drawings, manuals and quality dossier.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • Training in project management, safety and water sector regulations.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure construction.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in water projects.
  • Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts and manage changes and unforeseen situations.
  • Strong knowledge of planning, cost control and EPC contracts.
  • Knowledge of drinking water treatment processes.
  • Proficiency in tools: MS Project, AutoCAD/BIM, Navisworks and Office.
  • Availability to travel.
