The Hybrid Executive Assistant to the Senior Leadership conserves their time and promotes the corporate image by representing them internally and externally, acting as liaison between the Senior Leadership, key executives, board members and employees.
Provides high-level support to the Senior Leaders while acting as an extension of their office by conducting research, preparing reports and other confidential materials, as well as communicating with board members. Duties are highly confidential and require comprehensive knowledge of Alignment Healthcare's policies, procedures, and operations. Responsibilities require discretion, independent judgment, confidence, tact, and poise.

  • Represents the Senior Leadership by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence; arranging company dinners and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to them.
  • Accountable for the execution of meetings to include: Booking and planning the meeting schedule, assembling meeting materials, distributing information, taking notes during the meetings, and distributing follow-up materials.

  • Provides superior quality outcomes by taking ownership of administrative services to ensure quality work.
  • Handles more complex administrative duties including intricate calendaring and travel arrangements.
  • Conducts research to assist Senior Leaders with inquiries or issues.

  • Minimum Experience:
    5-8 years related experience.
  • Education/Licensure:
    HS diploma required/ Bachelors or AA degree preferred.

    Travel Logistics/Meeting management Skills
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including excel and PowerPoint.
