Job Overview
Role: Operator I (Medical Device Manufacturing)
Location: Irvine, CA

Environment: Cleanroom / manufacturing cell

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices (catheters, pacemakers, ICDs)
  • Work under close supervision following standardized procedures
  • Handle small components under microscope
  • Maintain accurate documentation for FDA compliance and traceability
  • Follow quality, safety, and cleanroom protocols
  • Communicate issues and updates effectively
  • Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives

Required Skills
  • Ability to follow SOPs and instructions (written & verbal)
  • Strong manual dexterity (grabbing, pinching, twisting repeatedly)
  • Experience with small parts assembly
  • Basic computer/data entry skills
  • Ability to stand/sit for long periods
