Summary:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR a Lead Line Cook
Job Summary:
The Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center is seeking a Lead Line cook to join our team.
The hourly rate for this role is $24.75/hour
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Execute assigned tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring the quality and consistency of food items prepared.
  • Utilize culinary skills to prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Work efficiently and effectively on a single station within the kitchen, managing multiple orders and ensuring timely delivery of food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
  • Uphold health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
