HVAC Installer

Snoqualmie, WA
$25.00 to $60.00 per hour, based on experience

About the Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to join a growing, family-owned and operated company serving Snoqualmie and the surrounding communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and values honesty, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

The company installs and replaces residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. You’ll receive the tools, vehicle, training, and support needed to succeed while working for a highly rated local contractor.

What You’ll Do

  • Install and replace residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, ductless systems, and related equipment
  • Remove and properly dispose of existing HVAC equipment
  • Install refrigerant lines, electrical connections, drains, venting, and ductwork modifications
  • Complete equipment start-up, testing, and system commissioning
  • Read installation instructions, job specifications, and equipment documentation
  • Ensure installations meet manufacturer requirements, company standards, and applicable codes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
  • Protect customers’ homes and property throughout the installation process
  • Explain completed work and basic system operation to customers
  • Maintain accurate job documentation
  • Keep the company truck, tools, and materials organized
  • Work effectively with helpers, apprentices, and other installation team members

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of HVAC installation experience required
  • Active Washington 06A or 06B electrical license required
  • EPA
  • Experience installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of proper equipment start-up and installation procedures
  • Ability to complete installations safely, efficiently, and according to code
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Professional, dependable, ethical, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an installation team
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
