You will oversee daily service operations, optimize team performance, maintain safety and quality standards, and build strong customer relationships. As a key leader within Seatown, this position plays a critical role in upholding our reputation for excellence and advancing our commitment to providing superior HVAC solutions throughout the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management

  • Supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of HVAC technicians to achieve service excellence.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, provide training, and foster a positive team culture.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous professional development of team members.

Service Operations Oversight
